When getting your photo taken, it is so easy to be nervous and unsure of how to position yourself in a flattering way. I would say one of the best parts about working with Elizabeth & George is their ability to give direction to look your natural self - and capturing you as so! On session days, we bring a lighthearted & calm spirit - it's our goal to capture your sweet family playing & connecting as if there's not even a camera in front of you.
By the time your session day arrives, all the planning has been done. It's time to relax & have fun with your loves! There's no need to worry about your outfit, makeup, or hair; everything is perfect. Why? Well, because the most beautiful thing is unfolding in front of our lens - the continuation of life. After your session, you'll receive a link to a beautiful digital gallery of your images. Technology is a great asset, but how often do we actually search through our hard drives to relive sweet memories?

We recommend our mamas starting the booking process in their first trimester, ideally at around 12 weeks. Once you're booked with us, we'll start curating your custom styling and selecting a date for your session.
We recommend that you are anywhere from 25-30 weeks pregnant for your maternity session, so you're not at the risk of missing your session due to going into labor!
Generally this gives us enough time to get your images delivered & plan for your sweet newborn family session before baby gets here!

This is completely dependent on the look you're dreaming up for your session!
We offer to either come to your home, capture your session in a park or outdoors, or meet you at the studio if you're daydreaming about a light & airy feel for your session! We're happy to help with our recommendations & show you images to compare the results of all three once the planning begins.

We offer families a series of four sessions for expectant mamas which covers your pregnancy all the way up to baby's first birthday. That way, you don't have to worry about remembering to book another session as this first year flies by. While this is an investment, we would argue that it's truly the most valuable one you'll make for this precious time in your life. Why?
Think about this: the professionals you hire to document these beautiful moments of motherhood will forever paint the picture you relive. Years will go on and the details may start to fade...until you look at the moments that you allowed us to freeze in time forever. It's our job to capture even the smallest of details in a way that can be cherished forever as soon as you gaze upon it again.

Absolutely! Being parents ourselves, we understand all too well the fleeting nature of these precious moments. In the blink of an eye, your sweet bundle of joy will be running up to give you a bear hug & squeeze your neck.

Great question! Typically, our session photo delivery time is 4 weeks, and our heirloom film delivery takes place about 8 weeks after your last session with us.
